The Retail Store Manager creates an environment for others to succeed, motivates and drives the store staff in meetings, strategic business initiatives that include achieving sales objectives and providing world-class customer service. The Retail Store Manager RSM is responsible for managing all aspects of store operations including supervising everything from sales to operations, inventory management and loss prevention and executing planograms. To achieve sales goals, the Retail Store Manager is responsible for the store's success through inside sales and targeted fiscal goal responsibility. The Retail Store Manager is accountable for all store/department operations including other applicable areas. Responsibilities include employee hiring, mentoring, counseling, supervision, merchandising store products, scheduling and managing financials, complying with relevant regulations and standards, and completing special projects as assigned. We are seeking a dynamic passionate retailer.Qualifications• Ability to multi-task, excellent follow-through and ability to see the big picture. • High energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. • Strong knowledge of store financials and labor. • Excellent customer service skills and high standards of excellence. • Ability to creatively merchandise in and out of the store. • Excellent interpersonal skills and motivational skills. • Must work a schedule that includes the minimum of one opening, closing, mid and weekend shift per week. • Thorough knowledge of all relevant Capitol Wireless and Sprint policies and standards. • Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills. • Ability to visually examine products for quality and signage/labeling for accuracy. • Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the store or department. • Two years Exemplary Sales experience. • Financial Planning and Strategy, fiscal responsibility.• People Management and Human Resource Management, exceptional communication skills.• Setting and Maintaining superior client and employee relationships. • Have a Competitive Edge. • Able to use Problem Solving Skills in difficult situations. • Be a strategic player in the regional management team. • Understanding the customer utilizing World Class Service. • Basic knowledge of math and computer applications. Position requirements 2 Years exemplary Sales Management or Supervisory Experience• Stand and walk for extended periods of time. • Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat. • Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. • Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation. • Thinking Creatively- developing, designing or creating new applications, ideas, or systems.
