Please reply with resume if interested and meet below qualifications.- Production Background - Minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience - Ability to effectively manage in continuously changing environment- Critical thinking skills - Practical problem solving skills - Safety goal setting and application - Able to meet tight production goals and evaluate problems to work toward a solution - Customer Service Background - Solid Customer Service and Client Relations - Ensure peak client relations and troubleshoot issues with the client - Managing day-to-day interaction with client, including: daily information flow, problem solving, process improvements; providing immediate front line customer service to management team, associates and clients Supervisory Background - Minimum of 3 years in a management/supervisory role - Excellent Leadership and Organizational Skills - Project Management experience strongly desired Strong Computer Skills - Microsoft applications - Able to read and configure excel spreadsheets Strong Interpersonal Skills - Able to work well with others - Can support a team effort and give and receive ideas to team members - Able to lead other people with integrity and morality - Able to lead other people by example and with respect Location: SMX Waco, TX Compensation: $30,000 - $34,000 based on experiencePrincipals only.
