Looking for a male resident to occupy a house at 1308 Bagby Avenue. The time the residence is available is June 1st- mid August. You will only pay for June 1st-July31st, so ANY TIME SPENT IN THE HOUSE IN AUGUST WILL BE FREE. You will get your own room and bathroom in a practically new 2 story house, with full kitchen, washer/dryer, and big open living room. The house holds 6 people, but only 2 other people will live there during the summer, so you will basically have the run of the place. It is a short walk from the Baylor University Shuttle Blue Stop, Shorty's Pizza, the HEB, and a 4 minutes bike ride to campus. The pictures below are of the current state of the house right now under the old tenants.
